--JANUARY 10. 2006-------

I can't believe I'm finally updating my page. Some of you know that I have spent the last while blogging exclusively at zoeflower.1up.com, a videogame community site that is quickly becoming the best gaming site on the web. As a columnist for Official PlayStation Magazine, 1up is a great way for me to keep a running dialogue with the readers out there who want more than a monthly dose of my signature spastic opinion pieces.

But due to mass email based pressure, I have finally decided to update my main site! 2006 is going to be an interesting year. I ended 2005 with another season of independent television production under my belt. I had a great time working as a correspondent for Yahoo!Games "RESET" web show- getting to attend the XBox360 launch in NYC and playing poker with the likes of Daniel Negraneau. This year, the poker obsession continues as does the videogame passion. Guitar Hero has taken over my living room and my life.

But the biggest news will be sure to come as I begin my year with a fresh slate. I have taken a production hiatus from the world of television to venture out into new challenges. I don't know what these will be yet but I am excited to see what comes my way. I am hoping to try my hand within the world of game development should someone be crazy enough to let me through the gates! Until then, the writing continues. A volume of fiction is expanding inside my laptop's harddrive. Concept art is floating about on scrap paper.
I have something to dream about at night.
It's going to be a great year.
